Maggi is back! After clearing all the tests and refuting all the reports of being unsafe, India’s favorite noodles are back in the market. With the new avatar of Maggie, it is time to try a few different recipes. Try these or experiment with some of your favorite ingredients to make this delicious snack even more scrumptious.

1. Deep Fried Maggi

Anything deep-fried is unhealthy but delicious. Deep fried Maggie is heaven on a plate, literally. Cook maggie in water the usual way. Once done, set it aside. Take a pan and heat up some vegetable oil. Fry the cooked maggie until it is golden brown. Sprinkle some chat masala on top and you have a delicious snack!

2. Maggie Sandwich

Everything tastes good between two pieces of deliciously toasted bread. Cook maggie in water along with the masala. Drain the excess water and put it in a bowl. Add some oregano and red chilli flakes. Mix the maggie to spread it evenly. Take two pieces of bread and toast them. Take a portion of maggie and scoop it on one piece of bread. Cover with the other piece and your Maggie sandwich is ready!

3. Egg Bhurji Noodles

This is probably the most brilliant type of egg bhurji. Cook a packet of maggie in water with the masala. Once maggie is cooked, put it aside. In another pan, add finely chopped onions and tomatoes (optional). After it is slightly cooked, add one egg and stir constantly. Add salt and chilli powder to taste. Once the bhurji is ready, toss in the maggi and your egg bhurji maggi is ready.

4. Chicken Maggi

Perfect for this winter weather, this chicken maggi recipe is easy and quick to make. If you have some leftover chicken from the previous night, you can use it for this recipe. Cook maggi the usual way. In a separate pan, heat up the chicken. Add the chicken to the maggi, along with a little green chilli sauce and red chilli sauce. Your perfect bowl of chicken maggi is ready.

5. Spicy Cheese Maggie

Go the traditional way, but with a dash of spices. Bring water to a boil for cooking the maggi. Add the noodles and let them cook. Once they are partially cooked, add the masala and chilli flakes. Let the noodles cook completely after this. Once cooked, drain the excess water. Add some more chilli flakes, if you like extra spicy food. Grate Amul cheese on top to add more deliciousness to it.
